As for the “help”; some of it is actually meant as help.
Other parts of it is what power’s all about; more power.

If you ask me, and I believe many people all over the Balkans would agree, we just want to be left alone. If we’re gonna fight, let it be our war. America has its problems, other countries have their own shit- so why don’t they just leave us alone? Please, US/NATO/EU/whoeveryouare, please, stop “helping” us.

I often feel sorry for people whose lives revolve around their favourite shoes and celebrities. People ask me, ‘Would you ever want to be someone famous?’, and I say that I would most definitely not. These days, people just want someone to make them feel better about themselves. I suppose it makes people feel safe that there are others that are less fortunate than them. There’s a theory that revolves around that idea, but I can’t remember what it’s called.

But it’s true; people don’t know a lot about what is going on around them. I admit that I’m very ignorant. Most of the time I find out what’s going on by walking into my social studies class and talking about what others know about current events. It’s sad, it really is. I need to work on being more aware of things that are important.

Much worse thing is Kosovo independence, it will bring no good to anybody, not even Albanians from Kosovo, who are not really independent, they are under government of EU… heck, they are under US government, we all know it.

I don’t really know what to comment, because on the one hand I understand wanting to get separated, but on the other hand it’s not good to keep letting every idiot form their own country.

Ah, it’s complicated. And my interest in politics is almost nonexistent… so I’m probably not the best person to offer help. I hope nothing dangerous will happen to you though. Take care.
